This checklist is designed to be completed IN ORDER and should take approximately 30 minutes for our opener to complete. 

Ensure that you have CLOCKED IN

Turn on all dining room, expo, bathroom lights

Gently place dining room chairs at their respective tables

Open patio, umbrellas should be open unless there is serious inclement weather

Wipe down all tables and chairs (both patio & dining room)

Place door mats in their respective spots

Pull all trays from dish pit and add them to the expo line

Put out sanitizer buckets underneath the expo station

Assemble Crathco and add aguas frescas

Brew both sweet and unsweet teas

Fill ice bins with ice

Set up the self-serve station (cups, straws, lids, napkins, etc…)

Check and restock expo station (utensils, napkins, staples, staplers, etc.)

Check bathrooms for cleanliness and correct levels (refill toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trashcan, etc.)

Refill the paper towel and soap dispensers for FOH

Make sure POS & all tablets are working properly

Turn on music to a upbeat pop station (CLEAN) via SONOS 

Turn on TVs to sports (think sportscenter, etc..)

Turn on cooler lights

Unlock FOH doors and flip signs to OPEN

Physical Copies of this Checklist are on clipboards in each restaurant and should be initialed at completion.
