Clean all trays, wipe thoroughly and add napkin to each tray

Dry & roll silverware

Restock all paper products at expo station and self-serve station

Check restrooms for cleanliness and refill paper products

Spot sweep dining room and patio

Wipe down all tables and chairs (both patio & dining room)

Restock all drinks 

Restock all sauces 

Refill ice bucket

Refill agua frescas

Take trash out 

Change sanitizer water

Make sure everything has a day label and check for any violations

@4PM : DIM LIGHTS &  ALL LAMPS GO OUT (INSIDE & PATIO)

Grab the glass cleaner and go for it! Windows & doors always need it :)

Are the drinks facing forward and organized?

Are the paper products organized and facing forward?

YOM Cooler - organize the ice cream by type!

Does anything look like it could use a deep clean?

Still bored? Ask the kitchen! They always need a extra hand!
